Complete Subscription Terms & Conditions
Your subscription contract will be fulfilled by Harmonia Limited, Rosemount House, Dundrum Road, Dundrum, Dublin 14, D14 P924 together with its agents. We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your payment card issuer. If we do not accept your order and your credit/debit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your card in full immediately. All prices include P&P and are correct at time of going to press. We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel orders in the event of obvious inaccuracies in prices, except that we may fulfil your order at the correct price. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery of the first subscription issue (up to eight weeks overseas).
If the magazine ordered changes frequency per annum, we will honour the number of issues paid for, not the term of the subscription.
If you have ordered a subscription for someone else, the subscription will begin with the next available issue. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery of their first subscription issue (up to eight weeks overseas).
Subscription Gift Voucher
Subscription gift vouchers can be redeemed in full payment for the specific magazine subscription as stated on the voucher only within 180 days of purchase and cannot be redeemed for subscriptions delivered outside of Ireland. Upon purchase, the gift voucher will be emailed to the payee immediately. Please allow six weeks after redemption and activation of the subscription gift voucher for delivery of the first subscription issue. Harmonia Limited cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers.
New Subscription Offers
Subscription offers open to new subscribers only.
If the subscription offer includes a welcome gift, this gift is subject to availability and will be delivered separately within 28 days after your first payment has been taken. Harmonia Limited reserves the right to supply an alternative gift of the same or higher value. Gifts only available to subscribers in ROI. Harmonia will not be held responsible for any offers which are being fulfilled by third parties.
Where a print subscription is offered with a free trial digital version, the free digital version can be withdrawn at any time during the subscription period. Digital version available on iTunes and Google Play only.
We will deliver the magazines to the address you notify to us when you place your order. Subscriptions will start with the next available issue, please allow up to six weeks for delivery of their first subscription issue (up to eight weeks overseas). You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver the magazines if you have supplied us with an incorrect address. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents without an obligation to refund you or any other person if they are returned to us and despite efforts to contact you we do not receive correct address details. We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of magazines where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our agents. Our liability to you in the event of magazines being lost in despatch shall at our discretion, be limited either to replacement of the missing issues or refund of the cost of the missing issues, to the extent permitted by law we exclude all other liability to you.
Cancellations and refunds
Where a minimum term of 12 months is advertised cancellations are not permitted until the end of this initial period and we will not issue you a refund. For all other subscriptions or after the minimum term of your subscription, you may cancel your subscription contract at any time by notifying our customer services team in writing. See contact details below. We will refund you the cost of the issues not yet issued to you at the time you notify us of your wish to cancel. Please note that all credit card refunds will be issued in Euro. Your credit card company will convert the Euro amount into your local currency and may charge an additional fee for completing the transaction.
Prices displayed on the subscriptions section of the website will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed on-line. Prices quoted on screen include delivery charges and taxes (where applicable).
Although we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will refund you in full if you cancel the order and have already paid.
If you are under 18 or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for the subscription, you must ask the permission of the credit/debit card holder before entering the payment details. By clicking “Submit” you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior permission of the credit/debit card holder.
If any Harmonia magazine is put on sale containing a covermount gift or supplement, you are not entitled as a subscriber to receive these covermounts or supplements. Occasionally some subscriber copies may be sent with covermounts and supplements included, however this is the exception rather than the rule. Magazines delivered to overseas addresses shall not contain covermount gifts or supplements.
We use the personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, credit card details) (“Personal Information”) you supply to us in order to fulfil your subscription order. On the online order form we will ask you about receiving details of our products and services and/or those of third parties which may be of interest to you. You should tick the relevant boxes to indicate whether or not you wish to receive such information. Unless a member of our staff has been fraudulent or negligent, we will not be liable to you for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the information (including in particular credit/debit card details) you transmit when you place an order. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your own credit/debit card details to avoid unauthorised use
All credit cards will be debited in Euros by your bank or building society on behalf of Harmonia Limited. All other currencies will be converted by your bank or building society at the exchange rate at that time. Your bank or building society may charge an additional fee for the transaction.
Discount voucher codes
Discount voucher codes can only be used online at www.harmonia.ie and are subject to the general terms and conditions and any other specific conditions notified to you on the issue of a discount voucher code. To use your discount voucher code you will be required to enter its unique code at the online checkout during the purchase process. This will also confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions. The discount voucher code will be valid for single use only and may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer or discount voucher code. When you use a discount voucher code you confirm that you are the duly authorised recipient of the discount voucher code and that you are using it in good faith. If we reasonably believe that any discount voucher code is being used in breach of the relevant terms and conditions we may reject or cancel any discount voucher code and you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. Harmonia Limited reserves the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances. Harmonia Limited will not be liable to anyone for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any discount voucher code or any failure or inability of anyone to use a discount voucher code for any reason.
